1. General Overview & Business Services
- Jyodik Ratna is an online platform specializing in the sale of 100% natural gemstones, semi-precious gemstones, Rudraksha, and related astrological/remedial products.
- We offer optional, on-demand astrological guidance and software-assisted suggestions, or consultations through independent astrologers upon customer request.
2. Product Authenticity & Lab Certification
- All natural gemstones and Rudraksha sold by Jyodik Ratna are accompanied by a Government-Approved / Third-Party Gemological Laboratory Certificate.
- Natural gemstones and semi-precious stones may naturally possess minor internal inclusions, natural color variations, or structural fissures. These are inherent characteristics of authentic natural minerals and do not constitute defects.
3. Pricing, Token Advance & Cash on Delivery (COD)
- All product prices are listed in INR (Indian Rupees) and are inclusive of applicable taxes, unless stated otherwise.
- To prevent unverified orders and to cover customized Abhimantrit Pooja/Sankalp costs, Jyodik Ratna collects a non-refundable Token Advance (₹200 – ₹300) for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.
- The remaining balance must be paid in full to the courier delivery executive upon arrival of the shipment.

4. Order Cancellation, Returns & Refunds
- Token Advance Policy: If a customer cancels a COD order after the Abhimantrit process or dispatch has been initiated, or refuses delivery at the doorstep, the token advance will be forfeited to cover customized ritual costs and return logistics.
- Return Policy: Returns or replacements are accepted within 7 days of delivery only if the product received is physically damaged, incorrect, or defective.
- Mandatory Unboxing Video: An unedited, continuous video recording starting from opening the outer courier packaging is strictly mandatory to process any damage or replacement claim.
- Custom-cut, specially engraved, or individually energized (Abhimantrit) products are non-returnable unless defective.
5. Shipping & Delivery
- Orders are dispatched across India via reputed courier partners (e.g., BlueDart, Delhivery, Expressbees).
- Standard delivery timelines range between 3 to 7 business days depending on the delivery pincode.
- Jyodik Ratna is not liable for unexpected operational delays caused by courier partners, weather disruptions, or incorrect address details provided by the customer.
6. Limitation of Liability
- In no event shall Jyodik Ratna, its owners, or employees be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising out of the use or inability to use our products or astrological suggestions.
- Our maximum financial liability for any order shall not exceed the actual net amount paid by the customer for that specific invoice.
7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
- These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
- Any legal disputes or claims arising out of or related to Jyodik Ratna shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Ajmer, Rajasthan, India.
